The flock continues to struggle while trying to survive new threats, a traitor in their ranks and losing members. Max gets some answers, which only leads to more questions.
Just as the story line starts to get stale, the author throws in some curves but at the price of believability. Still worth reading and should satisfy the target audience.

While the story continues in the next volume, this book wraps up the current adventure.
