Hulk was captured, shot into space, landed on hostile planet, enslaved, rebelled and then took over hostile planet. Now he's back to Earth looking for revenge against those that shot him into space. Hulk comics usually means more action then story but there is plenty of story here.

Hulk is probably the strongest creature in the Marvel universe

Moderate to High – Lots of non-title characters but the most important are explained or introduced.
